Despite 2021 being a tragic and difficult year, we found new ways to be innovative and efficient. We have had a lot of new updates and changes in and around us. As the pandemic continued to distress us all, we, at OnBlick, made an extra effort to expand our services for your convenience. We spent this year spending a great deal of time enhancing our product so you’d get the best-in-class services.

Before we walk into 2022, let us have a look at everything we have achieved this year.

New Features and Updates Released

Our teams at OnBlick wholeheartedly dived into providing our customers with the most efficient functionality for their business. We value the work we have been entrusted with by you and we worked to earn it. To fulfill your requirements, we added two new features at OnBlick.

The major features we introduced in 2021 include:

• Authorized Representative Network (ARN):

We know how difficult it gets to keep track of missing employee documentations or missing forms when hiring nonimmigrant workers. To reduce delays and errors in the process, you can make use of OnBlick’s Authorized Representative Network. Our network expands to about 11,000 representatives in around 500 cities.

• Identity and Access Management (IMS) System:

We take your security and compliance to a whole new level with our Identity Management System. We have made some enhancements to our identity system keeping in mind the complex integration requirements of businesses. We have now made it easier for users to sign up on our system and switch between different roles while at the same time, working on the most trustworthy identity systems.

Our prestigious customers left OnBlick 64+ reviews on the popular business software review website, G2 this year. It provides us immense joy to know that our customers feel satisfied with our services. This has allowed us to step up on our game and provide our customers with unprecedented quality and value through our product.

Our Annual Awards and Recognition Event: Carpe Diem

We finally had the chance to get together again for our Annual Awards and Recognitions event, Carpe Diem 2021. The pandemic forced us all to work remotely and the event provided us with a chance to reconcile with our peers and spend some quality time with each other.

While keeping a check on all the safety protocols in the light of the pandemic, we organized the event with great enthusiasm and expectations. We all managed to come across from different parts of the country to liven up the day for us. We spent our time playing some fun games, displayed our hidden talents in cultural activities, and cheered for each other as we were awarded for our achievements.

We couldn’t have been more proud of our members for reaching their goals and outperforming themselves. The event gave the OnBlick family an opportunity to restore our spirits so we can serve you better in the coming year.

Collaboration with a Professional Association- ITServe Alliance Synergy 2021

In our vision to serve the community, we participated as Diamond Sponsors for America’s Biggest growing association of Technology companies ‘ITServe’ at the ITServe Alliance Synergy 2021.

We also had the privilege to meet some of our valued customers. We got to learn about the value we, as OnBlick, can add to your teams and the bigger problems we can solve for you.

Awards and Recognitions

We were recognized for our efforts on three highly recognized websites by users: Crozdesk, G2, and Capterra.

OnBlick was awarded the Happiest Users and Quality Choice Award 2021 by the leading software search and reviews website Crozdesk.

We won a quartet of awards from G2’s Winter 2022 Grid Report. We were rewarded with the Best Relationship, High Performer, Users Love Us, and the High Performer Mid-Market awards.

We got an average rating of 4.5 on Capterra. Our users rewarded us with a trio of awards this year. We were given the Front Runners awards for both HR Analytics and Leave Management, as well as the Best Customer Support Award for 2021. In addition to this, we also got the 2021 HR Analytics Software Shortlist Badge and 2021 Leave Management System Software Shortlist Badge.

We are overwhelmed by the tremendous response and support we have got from our customers this year.

OnBlick’s Vision 2022

We have a lot of hope for the coming year and we are all set to make a major impact with some of our new features and integrations. Here are some of the features we look forward to in 2022:

• OnBlick Marketplace

We’ll be introducing the OnBlick marketplace for the #HRTech players to build integrated applications for OnBlick HRMS and provide value to our esteemed customers. This would help our customers experience the new and innovative applications in the HR Tech space.

• Standalone Modules

With an aim to serve our enterprise customers, we’ll be making an OnBlick feature set available as a standalone module. Our customers would be able to subscribe and use these modules in place of a full-fledged HRMS platform. By early 2022, we hope to bring OnBlick I-9 standalone live for our customers.

• Global Immigration

We started with a purpose to ease out immigration and related compliances in the HR industry. Now, further into 2022, we look forward to addressing the problems faced at large in the Global Immigration environment.

• Other Features

We’ll be introducing our new AI Doc parser to help our customers scan and convert the files into usable fields of data, bring in enhanced reporting structure, ATS, and many more such useful features in the near future.

Summing Up

That’s a wrap-up for 2021 but we have much more in store that would transition the growth of your business. We would like to express our immense gratitude towards our customers for all their support.
