Hope you are doing good.
I have an Web Designer requirement, please go through the below requirement and send me suitable consultant with the updated resume, rate and contact details.
Role: Web Designer
Duration: 12 Months

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of what makes a good user experience and design and can provide examples of their work that show this.
The kind of UX/UI design Dan would expect to see an understanding of from the candidate can be seen in guides such as Google Material Design (https://material.io) , Apple flat design. These are simple, sharp, easy to use, easy to understand designs. Below is an example/mock up Dan provided of the sort of thing he is looking for:
The candidate should understand these design concepts and be able design pages and flows following these concepts.
The candidate should not be a “marketing” designer. Creation of banners and adds and splash screens is not a positive and could be considered a negative if it is over represented.
The candidate will not be required to interview and research the UX. Dan says as Product manager, he will handle that aspect and communicate what is required to this resource. The resource needs only have the ability to understand and incorporate the UX elements.
This doesn’t mean someone historically a developer is disqualified, but they do need to be able to show they have a solid grasp and examples of it for the “Design” side.
Hopefully this will be helpful in identifying the right folks to put forward.
