Job Summary

Job Responsibilities –

  • Ability to assist Employee Central Senior Consultant and Lead WFA with configuration and other components of SF implementation
  • Ability to configure and develop custom and standard reports independently once instructed by lead WFA consultant
  • Ability to understand and manipulate date cubes based on Employee Central database structures
  • Configure WFA to produce needed dashboards and reports
  • Produce custom reports in employee dashboard
  • Stage data for SAP cube set up
  • Take standard HCM data and produce standard and custom reporting on HCM core employee profile data
  • Produce SAP data cubes from which WFA will generate reports for standard and custom HCM reporting
  • Produced reports for users and HR administrative ccommunity
  • Two years SAP HCM reporting experience
  • Familiarity with SAP OMPA and at least one year understanding the basic hierarchy and structure of HCM SAP
  • Ability to maintain client relationship while performing functional and technical responsibilities
  • Prior experience implementing SF WFA
  • Up to two years in SAP HCM with report and analytics familiarity
