Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include:

·         Perform an “As-Is” Analysis of the current Real Estate & Facilities Management asset management system

·         Facilitate the definition of the Inform EAM Implementation project scope, goals, and deliverables per the County’s needs;

·         Perform as the County Lead for the planning and implementation of the Infor EAM project including but not limited to:

    • Collaborate with the Infor implementation vendor, County technical staff, business users, and County leadership on
      • system requirements gathering,
      • system analysis,
      • design, planning, and implementation of new features;

·         Holding the vendor accountable to the agreed upon scope of work and approved contract provisos

·         Working with the vendor’s project manager during the Infor EAM Implementation project, keeping the County’s best interest in mind

·         Define County responsibilities on project tasks and resource assignments for the County project team;

·         Track the County’s project deliverables and report on project progress;

·         Maintain complete control of County project schedules and risk/issues;

·         Coordinate meetings between stakeholders, vendor project manager, project resources, senior managers, and County leadership;

·         Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure project objectives (scope, schedule, budget) are met in accordance with established metrics;

·         Ensure the vendor system configuration, documentation, configurations, implementation and training guides are completed;

·         Participate in vendor team and milestone meetings;

·         Ensure County specifications and mapping requirements for reports, data conversions, and system interfaces are documented;

·         Provide direction on “Best Practices” and recommendations regarding implementation of the project(s) to the County stakeholders including the County project team;

·         Assess/evaluate County requirements against scope of project, manage County project plans and schedules;

·         Manage County project change in accordance with the County (IIO) change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts;

·         Maintain consistent delivery methodology;

·         Provide weekly status updates

·         Must work onsite in Tampa office.

Position Requirements/Technical Skills - Related Skills and Abilities include:

·         Required – A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Infor EAM systems with at least one entity being comparable in size to Hillsborough County.

·         Highly Preferred – Knowledge of Management of Physical Assets, including maintenance and repair of assets; experience with mobile device deployments/refreshes;

·         Highly preferred - Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment including:

    • Work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
    • Collaborating across all levels of an organization and offering constructive feedback and direction to support goals
    • Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives

·         Highly preferred - prior experience on government consulting projects
