Minimum Experience : 2 Years in Administrative Role in a MANUFACTURING setting
Minimum Responsibilities Include :
1 ) Recruiting/Staffing/On-Boarding
2 ) Human Resources Reporting/Administration/HRIS 3 ) Support Performance Management and Talent Management Processes
4 ) Submit payroll requests as needed, ensuring deadlines are met
5 ) Coordinate Leave of Absence process
6 ) PTO, overtime, & other policies.
7 ) Miscellaneous Support to HR, Staff
Programs Used :
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Research Capabilities
Specialized Software is a PLUS : Quickbooks, Peachtree, Kronos Timekeeper, SAP, Great Plains
SuccessFactors HCM Cloud, SuccessFactors Adhoc reporting and SuccessFactors Online Report Designer a big PLUS!
Professional Demeanor, Ability to Communicate Verbally and in Written Form
Must be able to pass Drug and Background Screen
Degree is required
